Mindfulness-Based Stress reduction program evaluation report

In the fall of 2014, the Kootenay Boundary Division of Family Practice (KB DoFP) offered an eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workshop to its members. A total of 23 physicians registered for the course led by Dr. Rahul Gupta, a GP and trained mindfulness instructor. After eight weeks, participants showed statistically significant improvements in mindfulness and decreases in stress and much more – download the summary report here, or the full report here

Intrahealth webinar for MOA survey

Over 20 medical office assistants attended a Division-led webinar to support completion of the Community Practice Profile Survey for MOAs.

The webinar also resulted in an advanced EMR learning opportunity for MOAs, and positive feedback was received from both those who attended and those who viewed the recording at a later date.
