Pathways E-Referral Tracker – Leading in a Time of Virtual Care

It is finally here! Learn about Pathways E-Tracker, a virtual tool to refer and track specialist referrals.  This workshop will provide you the information to implement the Pathways E-Tracker in your clinic. The workshop is open to family doctors, specialists & 1 referral MOA from each clinic. Refer your specialist to participate as well. Our goal is to support your ability to refer virtually no matter where you are practicing.

Compensation will be provided for those who participate.
Each clinic can also send 1 referral MOA who will be compensated for attendance.

Now maybe more than ever, physicians need tools to support and empower patients: during COVID-19, patients may have new or increased struggles with anxiety, depression, unhealthy eating, smoking, alcohol misuse, and so forth. Motivational Interviewing (MI) will provide you with techniques and resources to support patient health and navigate difficult conversations. Dr. Aman Haji (Physician Lead) and facilitator Cristine Urquhart of Change Talk will lead a two-part MI workshop to support Members in applying these tools.

Sessional compensation for physicians. Open to Division Members and Associate Members only.
