This large, 3000 sq. ft. Crown Isle home overlooks the 18th fairway of the Crown Isle Golf & Resort. It's just 5 minutes walk to the new Comox Valley Hospital and the renter has use of the entire house (except master suite) and beautiful gardens.

The owner is home for two weeks at Christmas and the 2 months of June and July. At that time, the renter and owner will share the house.

Rent: $1300/month (note this type/location would normally rent for for $2400/month) due to the time that would be shared and my cat that would need to be fed daily. The cat is an indoor/outdoor cat with his own cat door - very shy and independent.
