Seniors new to Kelowna find a doctor through Mobile Assessment Unit

Moving to a new place can be stressful for anyone, but especially when you are a senior. Diana Hilliard and her husband Joe moved from Ontario to Kelowna early in 2015. A visit to the Mobile Assessment Unit assessed the Hilliards’ medical needs and helped them find a doctor within six weeks of arriving in the community.
