Pathways >

SPECIALISTS

Pathways is a web-based directory for specialist referrals and availability (VDoFP membership required). Residents based in Vancouver are eligible for membership with the VDoFP.

Rapid Access Breast Clinic >

BREAST CARE

The Rapid Access Breast Clinic coordinates diagnostic imaging and further care as needed (eg., MRI, biopsy, and specialist consultations) for breast abnormalities. Link to referral form in title.

Inspire Health Supportive Cancer Care >

CANCER

Integrative Care for Individuals living with cancer including education classes, support groups, yoga, acupuncture, meditation, and relaxation. Also offers consultation with physicians, nutritionists, and clinical counselors.

CBT

Free two-part cognitive-behavioral self-help program with telephone coaching for depression, low mood, stress, and anxiety.

DERMATOLOGY

Psychiatric urgent care for one-time psychiatry consult and recommendations. Group follow-up visits and sliding-scale psychotherapy.

SMOKING CESSATION

VCH offers evidence-based treatment for patients and staff interested in quitting their tobacco use. Counselling and medication are combined as part of an individualized, tailored treatment.
