CBT Skills Group

The Vancouver Division's CBT Skills Group program is currently accepting referrals for groups beginning on an ongoing basis ‚Äčover the next few months.  These new program groups are a result of the successful pilot, in which we received over 400 patient referrals, and acknowledgement of the program's importance by CBT Skills Group pilot participants, "I wish this program existed sooner. I found it was more beneficial than all of the counselling I had in the past. I hope this CBT Skills course becomes a permanent program."
