Indigenous Cultural Safety - January 29, 2020
Join us in an open and engaging dialogue about implementing Indigenous Cultural Safety (ICS) within your practice. It is a chance to be reflective in examining health inequities for Indigenous people and an opportunity to understand the impacts of discrimination within health care settings.
In this initial session, we will discuss Indigenous history, culture and contemporary issues and their impact on health and wellness.
The session is designed to co-create practical strategies for implementing Indigenous Cultural Safety and humility within clinical practice.

CME On the Run Sessions - 2019-2020
The UBC CPD CME on the Run sessions are held at Vancouver General Hospital and there are opportunities to participate via video-conference from various hospital sites. Each session runs on Friday afternoons from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Each session is accredited for 3.5 Mainpro+ credits.
